Jillald (aka. Jil) is a Right Arms agent. He constantly tries to keep some clothes on Vivi. He refuses to use his right arm when he is killing Kamiyadori. He is nicknamed "Mad Righty" because of his ruthless killings of the Kamiyadori in the past.
