Tooru Egawa

Tooru is one of Eiji's best friend. He is a gang chief and, like Eiji, knows very well how to fight.

He bacame chief to "clean up" the streets, thus avoiding big drug sealing or else. He knows the streets that "belong" to him like the back of his hand, and can help Shima and Eiji during their cases thanks to that.

He likes going out with girls a lot (his hair is a "women sensor"), and often wonders why Eiji doesn't go out with Shima.
