Tsurumi "Gin-chan"

Tsurumi is Komaki's classmate, the main male character, and also has a particular ability.

It was confirmed by Hana that Tsurumi also has an alien "sleeping" inside his head and is the reason why his hearing is highly developed. Since his alien is hibernating, he cannot talk to him, unlike Komaki with her alien Hana. Due to his ability, he often ends up saving Komaki and Rika. Like the former, he knows when people lie to him.

Tsurumi is one of two people whose scent Komaki cannot sense. (The other is Numa-sensei.) Komaki only sensed Tsurumi's sense once.

Later, it is explained that Komaki is not able to sense Tsurumi's scent because she had rejected it, along with another bad odor, at the very start when she still was not used to her new ability.

At first, Tsurumi seems to be the only one Rika she does not physically reject after her incident. Due to this, he gradually helps her recover from her trauma. After that, she starts a new habit: holding his hand every day while walking from home to school. He's the one who gave Rika her nickname: "Queen of Sex."

Tsurumi is a quiet guy; he appears to have a cold-hearted exterior to those he loves, but he shows has a heart of gold from time to time.

Tsurumi has a grandmother who he is extremely close to, as she helped him live with his ability.


When mourning her death, he only cries in front of Komaki.

He's always loved Komaki, protecting her and agreeing to do what she wanted in order to make her happy. He loved her from the beginning because she was the first person who did not feel disgusted at him and behaved normally when she found out about his special ability.

In the end, Komaki and Tsurumi end up together.
Tsurumi's first name is never mentioned; his grandmother calls him the nickname "Gin-chan."
