The school president who is in love with Hasegawa Mizuki. He is very popular in school, and also was popular with the girls in middle school as well. He appears to be selfish and overpowering, always getting his way, but actually he understands Mizuki very well and isn't even bothered by the fact that Mizuki never says "I love you" because he claims to be able to tell all of Mizuki's feelings just by looking at him.
