She is the daughter of Beauty Panther and the head of the Sumeragi family. She asks Ryoma to join Team Gigamax to defeat Darkness Aoi.

She first appears at the Sumeragi mansion and asks Ryoma to enlist her on Team Gigamax, so she can defeat Darkness Aoi. She shows Ryoma her mother, Beauty Panther, in all her glory before the request. She asks Iwakura to help convince Ryoma to accept her request. After Iwakura has given Ryoma a blowjob, Tomoe offers her virginity to Ryoma which Ryoma accepts. She and Ryoma have sex. She has her first wrestling debut in chapter 19.
