Kenji’s best friend, though sometimes he wonders exactly why they’re even friends. He’s somewhat jealous over the fact that Kenji gets all the girls, considering that Kei’s never had a girlfriend before, or his first kiss for that matter.

Although slow to admit it, he holds feelings for Kenji that run deeper than just friendship.
