Takeru is the president of the archery club, and Anna's childhood nemesis. He is very strict when it comes to archery and has little patience for people who don't put in effort. His fights with Anna earned him the nickname "Blue Demon", which he seems to hate; however, he recognizes Anna's drive to improve herself.
