Synopsis

A first-year boy named Katou Manabu is in love with the school student council president, Kusunoki Sae, an upperclassmen. The story starts off with the entire school outside for an outdoor assembly and Kusunoki is at the platform talking. A sudden gust of wind appears, Kusunoki's panties is shown and Katou faints from an nosebleed. What will happen to these two?
