Birthplace: Fukui Prefecture Shigeru Yoshida graduated from the Department of Architecture at Bunka Gakuen University in 1993. In 1995, he began teaching himself film production, studying under Kazuhiko Hasegawa 2002. In 2011, he started working at film the production company cogitoworks.
