Birth place: Fuefuki, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan Mizuki Fujimura is a mystery fiction writer, specializing in both adult and children's literature. She is the winner of the 31st Mephisto Prize for her manuscript Tsumetai Kosha no Toki wa Tomaru. She is also the winner of the 2018 Japan Booksellers' Award for the novel Kagami no Kojou (The Solitary Castle in the Mirror).
